The Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT) was established in 1988, and consists of 15 colleges, dedicated to the delivery of technical and professional programs to Emiratis across the UAE.
HCT has grown to become the largest higher education institution in the UAE with an enrolment of over 20,000 students (35% male and 65% female) studying towards credentials ranging from diploma and higher diploma to degree level, with all programs being delivered in English.
ENGIE Cofely provides in-house staffing for carrying out MEP services as well as managing all specialist systems. The 14 college campuses that ENGIE Cofely maintains are located in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ruwais, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.
Scope of Work
Full hard facilities management services including operations and maintenance of electrical systems, HVAC and ventilation systems, fire and life systems, elevators, gate barriers, sliding/automatic doors, potable water tanks cleaning and generators.
